Returns

We Value Your Satisfaction

 

Your satisfaction is important to Hunting Giant. If we have made an error while fulfilling your order, please call or e-mail us immediately, and we will do everything possible to correct the situation. 


Damages

 

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. In the event there is damage, do not refuse the package; instead, please contact us immediately so we may process a damage claim with the manufacturer. 

If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@huntinggiant.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Please note that all damage, defective, and incorrect issues must be reported within 5 days from the date of delivery, or we will be unable to replace or otherwise warranty the order

 

Cancellations 

 

You can cancel your order without any additional costs if your order hasn't been shipped.  Please get in touch at sales@huntinggiant.com. If your order has shipped, we will take it back  (the customer has to pay shipping costs) if the product is unused, in original packaging, and good condition. (Restocking fee applies)

 

Returns

 

You can return a product 14 days after the initial purchase. You will be refunded the purchase price of the product, excluding all shipping charges (if we have to arrange the return freight) and a 20% re-stocking fee (20% of the purchase price). 

Example: 

Product costs: 100$

Shipping: 20$

Restock Fee: 20$

Refund: 60$

 

Refunds

 

 Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order. Items have to be in their original packaging. Depending on your Bank, it can take 7 business days for the money to be back in your account. 

 

Backorder Items (Items Not Available)

 

In order to put you on the back order list, we have to process your funds. We will ship the product once it becomes available. If you decide that you no longer want the item and want to be removed from the backorder list (cancel order), email us at sales@huntinggiant.com. Depending on your Bank, it could take up to 7 business days for the money to be back in your account. 

Pre-orders can be up to 10 - 90 days for delivery. It can be pushed back due to manufacturing delays and material shortages. Get in touch regarding pre-order items or if you have any questions. At sales@huntinggiant.com, we appreciate your patience regarding this matter.

Some products are ineligible for returns

 

  • Specific Brands (Please Contact Us)
  • Custom-made or made-to-order items 
  • The product that is not in resellable condition 
  • Special purchases: clearance products, inventory sale products, custom quotes, special discounts, etc.
  • Cushion or product that includes a specified cushion fabric selection or color
  • The product that has been assembled, installed or modified, or used in any way
  • The product is not in the original box and is missing any packaging materials or parts.
  • Hunting Giant sells products that are custom-made or (Made to Order) and are non-returnable. 

 

Due to photographic and printing processes, colors displayed on flyers, pamphlets, and/or websites may vary from the actual product. Please choose a custom color carefully. Make sure to double-check check color finishes you like.

Hunting Giant reserves the right to deviate from this return policy on a case-by-case basis at its sole and absolute discretion.
