TenPoint Nitro 505 is the fastest crossbow in the world at this time, That is why we have spent our time researching the features and technologies present in the TenPoint Nitro 505 crossbow. With the speed sometimes up to 514 fps. this is beyond impressive. The big debate of the past few years was Tenpoint vapor RS470 vs Ravin R500, which is better. Not anymore. If your order is unavailable or discontinued, we will release the pre-authorized funds and they should be available for you in 1-3 business days depending on your bank. Standard delivery is 3-10 business days from the date of your order. Some products could take longer depending on the brand. We will send you tracking information of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
If you do not receive tracking information from us, feel free to follow up with us at sales@huntinggiant.com. In order to bring you the best products we source them from all over the world. That is why some can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Some products are custom made (made to order) and could take up to 8 weeks for delivery.

- Shipping Terms
Curb side Shipping - Delivered to your curb, most of the time by the mailbox. You will be responsible for moving and assembling products yourself.
Standard Delivery - Delivery to the first enclosed area (door entrance, garage, covered awning, etc).Moving and assembly from that point will be your responsibility.
White Glove Delivery - White-glove service includes unpacking, removal/disposal of packing materials and transporting your order. There are additional costs for white Glove Delivery. Delivery is by appointment. We will call you to set a date.
Your satisfaction is important to Hunting Giant. If we have made an error while fulfilling your order, please call or e-mail us immediately and we will do everything possible to correct the situation.
- Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. In the event there is damage do not refuse the package, instead please contact us immediately so we may process a damage claim with the manufacturer.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@huntinggiant.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Please note all damage, defective, and incorrect issues must be reported within 5 days from the date of delivery or we will be unable to replace or otherwise warranty the order
- Cancellations
You can cancel your order without any additional costs if your order hasn't been shipped. Please get in touch at sales@huntinggiant.com. If your order has shipped, we will take it back (the customer has to pay shipping costs) if the product is unused, in original packaging, and in good condition. (restocking fee applies)

- Refunds
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Items have to be in original packaging. Depending on your Bank it can take 7 business days for the money to be back in your account.

In order to put you on the back order list, we have to process your funds. We will ship the product once it becomes available.
