The Turbo X has earned its place among the 11 best crossbows for 2025, standing out for its perfect balance of speed, accuracy, and portability. With an ultra-lightweight design of just 6.8 pounds and a compact width of 9.5 inches, this crossbow is engineered for fast, precise shots every time. Reaching speeds of 415 FPS and generating 157-foot-pounds of kinetic energy, the Turbo X ensures that no target is out of reach. Featuring the RangeMaster 100 Scope and S2 Trigger, it guarantees unmatched accuracy, while the ACUslide system makes silent and safe de-cocking a breeze.
We currently ship only to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states). Also we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses at this time.
- Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail.
If your order is unavailable or discontinued, we will release the pre-authorized funds and they should be available for you in 1-3 business days depending on your bank. If you happy with backorder we will process the charges. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
- Order Shipment
Standard delivery is 3-10 business days from the date of your order. Some products could take longer depending on the brand. We will send you tracking information of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
If you do not receive tracking information from us, feel free to follow up with us at sales@huntinggiant.com. In order to bring you the best products we source them from all over the world. That is why some can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Some products are custom made (made to order) and could take up to 8 weeks for delivery.

Please Note - Pre orders can be up to 90 days for the delivery. It can be pushed back due to manufacturing delays and material shortages, as we all feel effects of the COVID situation. Fell free to reach out to us if you have any questions. We appreciate your patience regarding this matter.
- Shipping Terms
Curb side Shipping - Delivered to your curb, most of the time by the mailbox. You will be responsible for moving and assembling products yourself.
Standard Delivery - Delivery to the first enclosed area (door entrance, garage, covered awning, etc).Moving and assembly from that point will be your responsibility.
White Glove Delivery - White-glove service includes unpacking, removal/disposal of packing materials and transporting your order. There are additional costs for white Glove Delivery. Delivery is by appointment. We will call you to set a date.
Your satisfaction is important to Hunting Giant. If we have made an error while fulfilling your order, please call or e-mail us immediately and we will do everything possible to correct the situation.
- Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. In the event there is damage do not refuse the package, instead please contact us immediately so we may process a damage claim with the manufacturer.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@huntinggiant.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Please note all damage, defective, and incorrect issues must be reported within 5 days from the date of delivery or we will be unable to replace or otherwise warranty the order
- Cancellations
You can cancel your order without any additional costs if your order hasn't been shipped. Please get in touch at sales@huntinggiant.com. If your order has shipped, we will take it back (the customer has to pay shipping costs) if the product is unused, in original packaging, and in good condition. (restocking fee applies)

Product costs: 100$
Shipping: 20$
Restock Fee: 20$
Refund: 60$
- Refunds
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Items have to be in original packaging. Depending on your Bank it can take 7 business days for the money to be back in your account.
- Backorder Items (Items Not Available)
In order to put you on the back order list, we have to process your funds. We will ship the product once it becomes available. If you decide that you no longer want the item, and want to be removed from the backorder list (cancel order) email us at sales@huntinggiant.com. Depending on your Bank it could take up to 7 business days for the money to be back in your account.
