FIVE-YEAR NON-TRANSFERABLE LIMITED WARRANTY
Ravin Crossbows come with a comprehensive five-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, providing coverage against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the stock, trigger and cocking mechanism, and limb assembly when used according to our published instructions and guidelines.
The liability extends to parts, in-house labor, and return transportation to the customer. However, please note that this warranty is non-transferable. It's important to be aware that certain items are not covered under this limited warranty, including strings, cables, arrow rests, scopes, arrows, transportation of the Ravin Crossbow to our Service Center, damages caused by abuse or dry strings, use of non-Ravin-branded arrows, failure to follow safety advice and usage instructions in the manual, modification, failure to perform regular maintenance, or any other expenses or damage to property or person.
While this warranty grants you specific legal rights, it's possible that additional rights may vary from state to state. To ensure your safety and convenience, we highly recommend registering your product. Product Registration allows us to send you important updates regarding your Ravin Crossbow. Please register your Ravin Crossbow by utilizing the enclosed registration card or online at ravincrossbows.com/registration.
Need help with a crossbow?
In the event that you require service, kindly contact us for a return authorization number (RA#) before sending the unit. It's important to write the RA# on the outside of the package. Please include your name, address, telephone number, and a letter describing the issue. Carefully package and send the product prepaid, clearly displaying the RA# below the address. You can either return the unit to an authorized Service Center or directly to the factory. For a list of authorized service centers, please contact the factory using the provided number.
Under the five-year warranty, Ravin Crossbows that meet the warranty requirements will be repaired and shipped back to you at no charge. However, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges to the service center and potentially labor charges for repairs completed at a non-factory authorized service center. Ravin Crossbows not covered by this warranty will be subject to normal charges. We will obtain your permission before proceeding with repairs that are not covered by warranty.
